As Spring is just around the corner, Twice as Nice Properties is already hard at work on bringing you beautiful and affordable single family homes around Chicago. There are a number of great communities that are already on our radar for property rehabilitation, but our team’s efforts are currently focusing on Norwood Park.
Comprised of six separate neighborhoods that hold a population of nearly 40,000, Norwood Park is one of 77 neighborhoods that make up Chicago. Although it is famously known as the home to William Howard Taft High School, which served as the setting for the musical, “Grease,” Norwood Park is a community that is steeped in tradition and regional pride.
With a per-capita income that is above the median within Chicago, Norwood Park is a great place for couples, retirees and single family homes alike. The community’s proximity to the Kennedy Expressway (I-90) ensures quick access to the fine dining and entertainment options located downtown, while the northern branch of the Chicago River can be accessed from various points on the neighborhood’s eastside.
There are still a number of foreclosure properties and probate homes throughout the area. It’s because of this that Twice as Nice Properties is currently aiding rehabilitative efforts in and around the Norwood Park neighborhood. With an ultimate goal of improving the quality of life for local residents, we are dedicated to serving the community for years to come.
Our current and most recent project, which is located at 6328 W. Huntington, Chicago, IL, 60646, is our first development within Norwood Park. On that note, we are excited to present this property to you through our special pre-marketing initiative. Not only will you be able to view the property before it’s available to the masses, but you’ll be able to make your interest known before it hits the multiple-listing service (MLS).

You can also check back with our blog from time-to-time to follow along with our progress or to see the latest in foreclosure properties, probate homes and general real estate news throughout the city.
Norwood Park has plenty to offer to full-time residents and visitors alike. The Chicago Public Library, which is the 9th largest public library system within the U.S., maintains a branch location in Norwood Park East. Other neighborhoods in Norwood Park include the historical district of Old Norwood, Norwood Park West, Big Oaks, Oriole Park and Union Ridge, the community is truly defined by its diversified and culturally aware population.
While we are currently working in the Norwood Park community, we are always seeking foreclosure properties, probate homes and defunct properties throughout the city, including single family homes, multi-units, condos and similar properties. Not only do we specialize in Chicago real estate, but we know what it takes to sell your in a professional manner that is fast, secure and convenient. Contact us for more information today!
